The Foundation: Brooklyn Roots & DJ University

Born and bred in the disco-infused culture of Canarsie, Brooklyn, Jeff’s journey began in 1985 behind a pair of Technics 1200s. While studying marketing and finance at Baruch College by day, he spent his nights mastering the complex art of beat-mixing disco, freestyle, and house. In 1987, Jeff landed a residency at the legendary Long Island nightclub Jamz, beginning a decade-long run at iconic venues including Cafe Society, The Savoy, and Johnny Rockets. During this era, he joined EJM Entertainment—then the most successful entertainment firm in the U.S. Traveling from Manhattan to Hawaii and the Hamptons, Jeff underwent what he calls "DJ University," mastering the psychology of the crowd and the logistical precision required to execute high-end events for a global clientele.

In 1993, Jeff transitioned from performer to producer, launching Classic Entertainment and NY Event Connection.
